At Theeba Label, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before placing an order.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by our team before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Customized or made-to-order dresses
  • Color bleeding, especially from hand-dyed or naturally dyed fabrics
  • Sizing issues due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Slight color differences due to screen or lighting variations.

💸 Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return postage fees.
  • We do not reimburse any return shipping charges.

💰 Refund Policy for Customized Orders

Due to the nature of customized and made-to-order dresses:

  • Refunds are not applicable unless the item is proven to be defective or not made according to the confirmed specifications.
  • In the rare event of a confirmed error on our part (e.g. incorrect measurements, major design flaw), you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will only be issued after verification of the returned item by our quality team.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

🔍 Inspection & Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed only if the item passes quality checks.
  • Any damage not reported within the 48-hour window will not be eligible for return.

🎥 Recommendation

To avoid disputes, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof in case of any damage or missing items.
